Operations Head

Operational Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the overall operational plan aligned with BU revenue and profit goals.
• Establish, review, and continuously improve SOPs for fulfillment, CS, and data flow management.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory, manpower, and delivery capacity for each season or campaign.

Operations & Performance Management

• Oversee order fulfillment, warehouse control, delivery, and after-sales operations with accuracy and speed.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs: fulfillment rate, successful delivery rate, cancellation/return rate, and operating cost.
• Optimize logistics and warehouse costs; minimize dead stock and improve inventory turnover.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking sales, inventory, and operational performance.

Data & System Management

• Ensure synchronization between systems: ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to deploy automation and data dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Utilize analytics for forecasting, decision-making, and improving customer experience.

Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Build a data-driven, high-discipline operations team with a culture of accountability.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff in alignment with HV Holdings’ competency framework.
• Work closely with Growth, Brand, and Finance teams to ensure operational readiness for campaigns and projects.

Compliance & Risk Control

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, fire protection, quality control, and data security standards.
• Manage operational incidents and develop contingency plans for risk prevention.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field (MBA preferred).

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in E-commerce Operations, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain, including at least 3 years in a managerial or head-of-function role.
• Proven success in scaling e-commerce operations and managing cross-platform logistics.
• Familiar with ERP/OMS/WMS systems and e-commerce analytics tools.

Skills

• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Advanced data literacy (Excel/BI tools/SQL preferred).
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.

• Total income: 35 - 40/month (gross) + attractive KPI bonus.
